AugustaWestland Moves On Deals With Norway, Philippines

AugustaWestland, a unit of Italy’s Finmeccanica, has reached a deal for eight helicopters for the Philippines and is close to a 16-aircraft deal with Norway, while its negotiations with the Indian government have soured. The company announced earlier this month that it had secured a contract for eight AW109 Power light twin helicopters for the Philippine Air Force.
