Army Rethinks Medical Care For Soldiers Facing ‘Carnage’ Of Future Wars

Future combat likely will involve massive “carnage” like the Army has not dealt with in the past 16 years of war, where the U.S. military spent untold resources on minimizing casualties suffered at the hands of a relatively unsophisticated enemy, according to Lt. Gen.
