Army, Navy: JLTV Could Face Delay of a Year or More Due to Shutdown, Sequester

Army and Navy acquisition officials said procurement of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle could be delayed a year or more because of sequestration, primarily in how it affects the program’s test schedule.
