The Army recently issued a Request for Information (RFI) for potential industry sources for procurement of cyber capabilities.
The proposed acquisition is for a five-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ).
Contractors are requested to provide sufficient information in the form of a white paper, which demonstrates that the contractor can develop and perform cyber capabilities. Submissions for W15P7T-12-R-CT05 must be received by Aug. 31.
Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., on behalf of the Project Manager Electronic Warfare (PM Electronic Warfare), is conducting the Market Survey to receive industry feedback on cyberspace capabilities and approaches to meet future strategic and protected cyber needs.
Specifically, information is sought on existing technical capabilities to deliver and defend against effects with robust and mature capabilities that exploit, deny, or manipulate.
PM Electronic Warfare operates at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) classification level.
Any potential sources will require properly accredited Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facilities, with adequate TS/SCI cleared personnel to manage and support any efforts that may result from this Request for Information. A copy of facilities’ accreditation is to be submitted.
Responses shall not be above the Secret level. If you intend to submit classified information in response to this request, please contact Jacquelyn Dunne at 443-861-4589 or [email protected] prior to submission.
