The Armored Group Acquires German Vehicle Armoring Companies

The Armored Group (TAG) two German-based vehicle armoring companies in a deal it says complements its current capabilities, expand its production footprint internationally and its market share in Europe.Terms of the deals were not disclosed. TAG, which is based in Phoenix, armors a range of vehicles types for law enforcement and federal agencies, and tactical units, for domestic and international customers.TAC acquired JPA Armoring Gmbh and Fahrzeugbau Stadthagen Gmbh.
