Research and engineering company Applied Research Associates (ARA) said last Thursday that it has acquired BerrieHill Research Corporation (BRC), adding new capabilities in electromagnetics.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.BRC, which is based in Dayton, Ohio, has 60 employees. The company provides services in the areas of computational electromagnetic simulations, radio frequency materials synthesis and measurement, sensor data acquisition and processing, and hardware and software programming, and for antennas and radomes.“Bringing BRC technologies into ARA opens the door to many…
