All-Terrain MRAP Solicitation By Dec. 1; Potential For Up To 10,000 Vehicles

By Emelie Rutherford The Pentagon plans to award around the end of March up to five initial contracts for a new all-terrain Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle, and is considering winnowing down to one contractor following further testing for the program that could entail up to 10,000 vehicles.
