Air Force Readies For Wednesday’s NROL-65 Launch

The Air Force will launch the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) NROL-65 satellite today around 1:52 p.m. EST from Vandenberg AFB, Calif., according to the service. The launch will take place on one of United Launch Alliance’s (ULA) Delta IV heavy rockets. NROL-65 will be ULA’s eighth launch in 2013 and the company’s 74th overall, according to ULA.
