The Air Force pushed the Dec. 11 NROL-35 payload for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to Dec. 12 due to weather, according to launch provider United Launch Alliance (ULA). Launch was to take place at 10:13 p.m. EST from Vandenberg AFB, Calif. ULA said the forecast for Dec. 12 shows a 40 percent change of favorable weather conditions.
