AE Industrial Partners Acquires Defense Supply Firm Triman

Private equity firm AE Industrial Partners (AEI) on Monday said it has acquired Triman Industries, Inc., a distribution and supply chain management business serving the defense industry and the Defense Department. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
