Accenture To Acquire Digital Technology Company Agilex

Accenture [ACN] on Feb. 9 said it has agreed to acquire federal information technology solutions provider Agilex Technologies, strengthening its capabilities in analytics, cloud and mobility solutions.Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in April following regulatory approvals. Agilex will become part of Accenture’s Federal Services (AFS) division.“Acquiring Agilex will help AFS further solidify our position as an innovative leader in the federal market,” David Moskovitz, chief executive of AFS, said in a statement.…
