A deadly, prolonged attack on a Doctors Without Borders trauma center in Kunduz, Afghanistan, was caused in part by a malfunctioning satellite radio that could not receive targeting information aboard the Lockheed Martin [LMT] AC-130U gunship.Army Gen.
