The U.S. Department of Defense and the State of Israel Sept. 28 signed an agreement for the development of the David's Sling Weapon System. This agreement continues efforts initiated under the U.S.-Israel Short-Range Ballistic Missile Defense Project Agreement signed by both nations in 2008.
