TSA Releases Initial TWIC Enrollment Schedule

By Calvin Biesecker After a half-year delay, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) said yesterday that beginning on Oct. 16 it will start enrolling workers at the Port of Wilmington, Del., to receive new identity credentials that eventually are supposed to control access to secure areas of the port.
