President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced his intention to nominate Philip Bilden as the 76th Navy secretary, according to a White House statement.Bilden is a business leader, former military intelligence officer and Naval War College cyber security leader. He served 10 years in the Army Reserve as a military intelligence officer from 1986-96.
