Textron Unit In Partnership With AME On Unmanned Systems Development

Textron [TXT] yesterday said that its AAI Unmanned Aircraft Systems business unit and AME Unmanned Systems have entered into a strategic alliance for the development of unmanned systems. The two firms of have agreed to work toward providing a more comprehensive offering of Unmanned Aircraft Systems to customers in the United States and internationally. Specific areas of interest include electronic warfare and special missions. AAI and AME will also work on integrating AME’s Fury small UAS with AAI’s UAS launcher…
