L-3 Introduces New X-Ray Systems for Air Cargo Screening L-3 Communications [LLL] has introduced three new dual-view X-Ray systems for portfolio of air cargo screening systems for break-bulk freight and skids, and larger palled and unit load device (ULD) containers.
