TE Connectivity Completes Acquisition Of SEACON Group

TE Connectivity Ltd. [TEL] on Wednesday said it has completed its $490 million acquisition of undersea technology company the SEACON Group, expanding its capabilities for solutions in harsh environments and bolstering its position in the oil and gas industry.
