State Department Approves $138 Million FMS For Ukraine To Sustain HAWK Air Defense Missiles

The State Department on Tuesday said it has approved a potential $138 million foreign military sales (FMS) to Ukraine for the sustainment and related logistics support of the HAWK Phase III ground-based air defense missiles. RTX [RTX], which is the prime contractor for the HAWK, and PROJECTXYZ, a minority woman-owned small business based in Huntsville, Ala., are the principal contractors on the deal.
