SRI Partners with NDRC to Boost First Responder Capabilities

SRI International and the National Disaster Resiliency Center (NDRC) have agreed to collaborate on new technologies, systems, and enhanced training capabilities to assist first responders during emergency and disaster situations. Objectives of the strategic alliance include enhancing information management, disaster surveillance, and situational awareness tools, systems and processes, developing next generation equipment and systems for emergency response and disaster management, and facilitating training and analysis for federal, state, and local entities with first responders using advanced three-dimensional capabilities and technologies.…
