The Senate Appropriations Committee yesterday on a 27-3 vote approved a $45.2 billion spending bill for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in FY ’13. The budget recommendation must still be approved by the Senate and then agreed to in conference with House appropriators, who earlier this month approved their version of the DHS budget.
CORRECTION: The contract announced on Sept. 29, 2025, for A-GAS US Inc., Bowling Green, Ohio (SPE4A7-25-D-0386) for $31,442,629 was not awarded.
