
Sealing Technologies last Friday said it has acquired Quark Security, enabling it provide cyber security lifecycle services to its federal government and industry customers. Terms of the deal between the two small businesses were not disclosed. SealingTech had 55 employees before the acquisition and Quark had nine, all of whom are staying with the company.
