Retrain On Fundamentals, Including Discipline, Army General Says

As the Army leaves Iraq and eventually Afghanistan, the force must retrain on the fundamentals that had to be put aside due to the urgencies of current conflict--and this means a renewed focus on discipline, the commanding general of U.S. Army Europe and 7th Army said.
