Raytheon Allies With Utilidata To Provide Cyber Defenses For Electric Utilities

Raytheon [RTN] and Utilidata have formed a strategic alliance to help electric power utilities detect, defends against, and respond to cybersecurity threats, Raytheon said Wednesday.The partnership will combine Utilidata’s experience in using real-time data from the electric grid to detect and respond to cyber attacks with Raytheon’s proficiency in proactive cyber threat hunting, automation, and managed security services.Utilidata is an international software company that works with electric utilities to bolster energy efficiency and grid security.
