Private Equity Firm Completes Acquisition of VT Group

The private equity firm The Jordan Company last week completed its acquisition of VT Group, a provider of engineering, technical and support services to the Defense Department, civil and commercial customers. The Jordan Company acquired VT Group from Britain’s Babcock International.
