Private Equity Firm Acquires Catapult Technology

The private equity firm DC Capital Partners this week said it has acquired the federal information technology contractor Catapult Technology, Ltd., which provides various services to government agencies and the intelligence community. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Catapult provides consulting services in the areas of technology and management solutions, and enterprise systems.
