Focused on its Lisbon (LIS) hub, this engagement is an important step in TAP’s program to continuously improve operational excellence and to provide for anticipated future growth. It is also an important step to provide the Lisbon airport infrastructure with solutions to enhance its capacity and performance.

The PASSUR program includes the following key objectives:

• Improving On-Time Performance/Punctuality (OTP)
• Creating the operational conditions to allow TAP and LIS to meet the growing demand for travel at LIS – and to support TAP’s visionary expansion strategy
