Poland Orders $3.7 Billion In U.S. Missiles

The State Department on Tuesday said it approved $3.7 billion in foreign military sales (FMS) to Poland of air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles, deals that will further bolster that county’s expanding defense capabilities. The largest proposed FMS is a potential $1.8 billion deal for 821 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles with Extended All-Up Rounds (JASSM-ER). Lockheed Martin [LMT] manufactures JASSM-ER.
