O’Toole: DHS S&T to Put Resources Behind Fewer Projects to Help Transition To Fielding

Given a relatively limited budget, the Science and Technology (S&T) branch of the Department of Homeland Security needs to better focus its resources on a smaller number of projects than it does currently so that it can help agencies move prototypes into testing and ultimately operations, according to the chief of the branch.
