Orbital Completes Third CRS Mission To ISS

Orbital Sciences [ORB] said it successfully completed recently its third Cargo Resupply Services (CRS) mission for NASA to the International Space Station (ISS) in the last 10 months. The company’s Cygnus spacecraft unberthed from ISS on Friday, completing a 31-day stay at the orbiting laboratory. Cygnus on Sunday reentered earth’s atmosphere over the Pacific Ocean east of New Zealand at approximately 9:15 a.m. EDT, marking the successful conclusion of the Orb-2 mission.
