The Navy last month issued its sixth quarterly report to Congress on the state of the service's open architecture (OA) efforts, highlighting several key documents and efforts achieved in the first three months of 2009. Chief among many of the OA efforts being pursued are new technologies and advancements being incorporated into the Navy's Unmanned Combat Aerial System (UCAS) program.
