Nuclear forces at Minot Air Force Base, N.D., passed inspections with the highest possible score. That's a reversal from the situation two years ago, when six nuclear-tipped cruise missiles were on-loaded to a plane and mistakenly flown to Barksdale Air Force Base, La., leading to disciplinary actions against several personnel.
