MEADS Completes Preliminary Design Review; Tests Set For 2011-13

The American-European Medium Extended Air Defense System (MEADS) completed its preliminary design review (PDR), and a program contractor yesterday voiced confidence that MEADS will be able to shoot down targets successfully.
