ManTech International [MANT] yesterday said it has been awarded an Integrated Logistics Support and Services (ILSS) contract with a potential total value of $490 million to provide integrated logistics support services to the Army Sustainment Command (ASC).

The one year, with one option year award, issued by Army Rock Island Contracting Center, is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity follow-on to ManTech’s Global Property Management Support Services contract.

The company was awarded an initial, one-year $23 million task order to provide logistics services in the Pacific region.

ManTech will support ASC in four major operational areas: left-behind equipment, pre-deployment training equipment, theater-provided equipment and supply support activity.

The company will provide logistics and supply services, including property accountability, asset visibility, maintenance and fleet management, operational planning, storage operations and security and facility management.

Services will be provided across the United States and abroad.

ASC is the Army’s logistics integrator for contingency and sustainment support of U.S. fighting forces worldwide. By harnessing and delivering the vast capabilities of Army Materiel Command and America’s industrial and technical base, ASC streamlines and accelerates logistics support to commanders and troops in the field to ensure expedited troop readiness and leverage national logistics to sustain deployed Army forces.

“Logistics support is vital to Army readiness on strategic, operational and tactical levels,” said Louis Addeo, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Technical Services Group. “ManTech has been supporting the Army Sustainment Command for over a decade and is honored to be selected once again to provide that support domestically and around the world.”
