Lockheed Martin [LMT] and AM General yesterday each delivered 22 Joint Light Tactical Vehicles to the Army and Marine Corps under the JLTV program’s engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) contract. The third competitor on the program, Oshkosh Corp.
