Leidos Acquires Kudu Dynamics, Adding AI-Based Cybersecurity Capabilities

Leidos [LDOS] on Tuesday said it recently acquired Kudu Dynamics in a deal that adds artificial intelligence-based cyber capabilities that the company will leverage with its existing customer base. The $300 million all-cash transaction was previously disclosed during Leidos’ first quarter earnings call this month, although Kudu was not mentioned at the time (Defense Daily, May 6).
