ITT Corp. [ITT] yesterday said it is moving its maritime mine defense business into a new 105,000 square foot facility to account for growth in the defense business. The business began in 2005 with five employees and now has over 100, ITT said. So far this year ITT’s mine defense business has won two multi-year contract to clear mines for South Korea’s defense forces.
