Inadvertent Switch Selection Prompts Changes at BA

HEATHROW AIRPORT, UK - The take-off go-around (TO/GA) switch tends to be activated inadvertently on the Boeing B747-400 more often than on other aircraft in the British Airways (BA) fleet, prompting the carrier to implement an interim measure to prevent it from happening. The situation might be described as an "ergonomic pilot trap."
