HEATHROW AIRPORT, UK - The take-off go-around (TO/GA) switch tends to be activated inadvertently on the Boeing B747-400 more often than on other aircraft in the British Airways (BA) fleet, prompting the carrier to implement an interim measure to prevent it from happening.
