Gates Outlines Supp With $69.7 Billion Minimum, But Says Obama To Make Final Call

Secretary Robert Gates, in letters to congressional defense leaders stamped "Dec. 31," also reaffirmed the Pentagon's current intent to request monies in the supplemental for buying four Lockheed Martin [LMT]-built F-22 stealth fighters and building a new breed of all-terrain Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP)…
