GAO Upholds IBM, Presidio Protests of CBP Award for Data Center Support

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has upheld the protests of two losing bidders, IBM [IBM] and Presidio Networked Solutions, for a Blanket Purchase Agreement awarded by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the spring to Agilex Technologies and Leidos [LDOS] for enterprise data support services. The GAO agreed with the protestors’ challenges of the award to Agilex but not with Leidos, which was the low bidder for the support work for CBP’s Office of Information Technology.
