The French Delegation Generale Pour L'armement (DGA) is the first subscriber to NATO's Join Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Step 1 Testing, under the Distributed Networked Battle Labs framework, managed by the NATO C3 Agency (NC3A). The DGA also will be the first by a nation to take advantage of the NC3A capabilities and to test the compliance of their national intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) system with the ISAF IR Backbone reference system hosted at NC3A.
