Everbridge Acquires Cyber Security Firm NC4

Everbridge, Inc. [EVBG] last Thursday said it has acquired the cyber security firm NC4, allowing it to create an end-to-end platform for critical event management and cyber threat assessment. Everbridge said it paid $83 million for NC4 in cash and stock. Everbridge said parts of the deal have closed and the rest will be completed during the third quarter.
