Terms of the deal, which is expected to close later this year, were not disclosed.

The acquired facilities, which are located in the United States, Canada and Britain, design, manufacture and integrate components for customers worldwide. The components are used in commercial, military and gas turbine engines.

Florida-based Dynamic Precision said the acquisition will expand its capabilities and allow it to better serve its customers. The company makes complex components used in the combustion section of turbine engines that are used in commercial and military aviation as well as industrial gas turbine applications.

Unison’s eight facilities being acquired by Dynamic Precision have 825 employees.
