The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) branch has issued a Broad Agency Announcement entitled Complex Event Modeling Simulation and Analysis (CEMSA). The CEMSA BAA was let by the Infrastructure and Geophysical Division and is focused on meeting the expresse3d high-priority technologies for the CEMSA system for integration into the Risk Development and Modeling Branch capability portfolio of existing modeling and simulation systems.
