Declining Global Military Budgets Diminish DSCA’s Foreign Military Sales Forecast

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is projecting that total sales beyond fiscal year 2013 could be as much as $30 billion or as little as $5 billion due to declining global military budgets and competition for products and services. DSCA Director Navy Vice Adm.
