Curtiss-Wright Buys U.K. Firm In Aircraft Video Surveillance Systems

Curtiss-Wright [CW] earlier this week it has acquired United Kingdom-based Skyquest Systems Ltd., a supplier of aircraft video displays, recorders and video/radar converters, for $16 million. The acquisition builds on Curtiss-Wright's business in Britain and in the aerospace and defense embedded computing market. Skyquest is expected to have $8 million in sales this year.
