Court Issues Injunction Banning Air Force/ULA Purchases Of RD-180

The U.S. Court of Federal Claims issued a preliminary injunction April 30 banning the Air Force or national security launch provider United Launch Alliance (ULA) from purchasing the Russian-made RD-180 rocket engine due to United States sanctions against Russia.
