United Safety Technology, Laverne, California, has been awarded a $96,083,344 contract for capacity expansion of Nitrile Rubber gloves production for Department of Health and Human Services in care of Defense Assisted Acquisition.  The contract is for the procurement of all needed material in order to expand capacity to produce nitrile exam gloves to 216 million gloves per month within 20 months of contract award.  The location of performance is to be determined and work is expected to be completed by February 2023.  Fiscal 2021 procurement funds in the amount of $96,083,344 will be obligated at the time of award.  The total cumulative face value (including options) of the contract is $96,083,344.  The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8533-21-C-0003).
