Consortium Releases RFP For Quick Start Resilient GPS Effort

The Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) last Friday issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to consortium members to provide a resilient GPS capability under a new rapid acquisition initiative launched by Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall.
