Catcher to Acquire Wireless Network Infrastructure Provider

Catcher Holdings, Inc. [CTHH] has agreed to acquire Vivato Networks, Inc., a provider of indoor and outdoor extended-range wireless network infrastructure equipment and services. The deal, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2007, will allow Catcher to provide more complete solutions for its customers who acquire the company's CATCHER mobile computing device.
